This Shipping Policy describes the order processing, shipping times and delivery terms for all orders placed on our website.

All orders will be processed within 5 to 8 business days after your payment is confirmed. This time is required for product inspection, packaging and handover to the shipping carrier. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
After handover to the courier, the estimated transit time is 15 to 30 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, customs clearance, weather conditions or carrier disruptions.
3. Shipping Destinations
We ship to European Union countries. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout, we cannot reroute parcels once the shipment has been dispatched.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel status via the carrier’s official website. Please allow a short period for the tracking information to update after shipment.
5. Customs & Duties
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend customers to check local import rules before placing orders.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos. We will investigate the case with the shipping provider and offer suitable solutions.
